PRODUCTION TIMES & SHIPPING
All Australian jewellery purchases will receive complimentary shipping ( Excluding sale items). For international orders, minimum purchase is $99 for complimentary shipping ( Excluding sale items)

When your order is ready to be shipped out, an automated email will notify you of your tracking details.
To ensure that you receive your items safely, all orders will require a signature on delivery, therefore we are unable to send to PO Box addresses.

All jewellery purchases are insured whilst in transit. Once package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is ready to be shipped out, all orders within Australia will be received within 1-2 business days, while international orders will be received within 5-10 business days.
